Curbside Delivery Only

Pirah Ali offers curbside delivery for all orders. Our delivery partners will bring your piece safely to the nearest accessible point outside your home or building.

Please note:

  • Our team does not unpack, carry, or install furniture inside the premises.
  • Disposal of packaging material is the customer’s responsibility.

If you need help placing the furniture inside your space, kindly inform us at the time of ordering. Additional labour can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on availability.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details submitted at checkout are accurate and complete.

Pirah Ali cannot be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address information
  • Failed deliveries due to inaccessible or inaccurate locations
  • Lost or misdirected shipments related to customer-provided errors

Any additional costs arising from such issues will be the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Timelines

Each piece at Pirah Ali is crafted with care, and production timelines vary depending on design details.

  • Standard delivery time for most pieces is 8–12 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
  • All items undergo a detailed quality check before dispatch.
  • Shipping partners and methods are selected to ensure safe and secure handling of your order.

Estimated ship-out timelines reflect practical considerations such as size, weight, materials, and packaging requirements. However, delivery schedules may be affected by logistics availability, weather, or operational constraints. Some services may not be offered in all regions.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging:

  1. Inform the driver immediately.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged area.
  3. Notify our customer support team as soon as possible.

If the product inside is damaged or defective, our team will guide you through the next steps for assessment and resolution.

It is your responsibility to ensure the purchased piece can fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, and elevators in its original packaging. Dimensions are listed on each product page for this purpose.

After Delivery

  • No returns or exchanges are offered due to a change of mind or fit issues.
  • If a manufacturing defect is identified upon delivery, our customer service team will assist with repairs or, where necessary, replacement.
