Returns
At Pirah Ali, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Because of the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns on any furniture or décor pieces.
Damages & Concerns
Think of delivery as the final chapter of your order’s journey—this is when we ask you to turn each page carefully.
Please examine your item as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defect, or mismatch, contact us immediately so our team can review the issue and offer a solution.
- Claims made after the order has been delivered and inspected are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If an exchange is approved due to a valid issue, the cost of sending the original piece back will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are like tailor-made outfits—they’re crafted specifically for you, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes:
- Custom-designed or made-to-order items
- Personalized or altered pieces
Additionally, we cannot accept returns if the item does not fit into your space. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm accessibility through doors, staircases, hallways, and lifts. All dimensions are clearly listed on our website to help you plan ahead.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
At this time, Pirah Ali does not offer exchanges on furniture items. If you need assistance, our support team is always available to help guide you.
Refunds
Once a claim is submitted, our team will review and assess the case. You’ll be informed whether your claim has been approved. If it is, our team will discuss the next steps and create a way forward that aligns with our policies.
Order Cancellations
Like a sketch turning into a finished design, once production or shipping begins, the process cannot be reversed.
- Custom and special-order items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, these orders become final and cannot be cancelled.
- Ready-made pieces cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
